Tumbling & Acro
Thursdays This Summer
We welcome Miss Tori, Senior Gymnast from MSU, as our summer acro coach. As a Junior Olympic qualifier, she ranked 5th in the nation. We are excited to bring her expertise to our teaching staff and DX family.
Have Fun With Us!
(Ages 3-6, 6:00–6:45 PM) Introduce your little one to forward & backward rolls, straddle rolls, and improve flexibility & upper body strength in preparation for more advanced tumbling.
(Ages 6+, 7:30–8:15 PM) Beginners will focus on straddle rolls, cartwheels, forward & backward rolls, bridges and exercises to improve flexibility.
(6:45–7:30 PM) Students must have a handstand, cartwheel, & bridge kick over mastered to register for this class. Skills taught include forward roll, front & back walkover, handstand, leaps & more.
(5:15–6:00 PM) Students will work on tumbling passes including skills such as aerials, tucks, handsprings, jumps, and leaps.
